Community & Cultural Engagement
Focuses on increasing engagement by offering year-long opportunities such as through events like cultural tours, cuisine series, and volunteer opportunities. We aim to encourage staff to share their personal stories through presentations, videos, or written dispatches. Our goal is to secure at least two volunteers per year to further enrich our community.

Learning & Professional Development
Aims to facilitate scholarly discussions, host book clubs, organize film series, conduct workshops, and establish connections with the DoCS mentorship program. Our goal is to provide comprehensive learning opportunities that empower staff to expand their knowledge and skills in DEIA principles.
